- Space for editing video and photos for resident artists
- Computer (Mac Pro, Microsoft, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator), printer (scanner), etc.
Warehouse for artwork
- Space for large works (357 m2) and suitable for performing and genre collaboration
- Lighting, 5-t hoist, work table, water heater, and fitted sink

- A communal kitchen with cooking utensils exclusively for resident artists
