Biography
Seokwoo Song is a photographer based in Seoul who constructs staged scenes through photographic devices and deliberate artistic intervention. Using bodily gestures and performative elements as a medium, he explores the ways individuals form relationships within social environments and systems, translating moments of tension and negotiation that arise in the process into images. By placing diverse subjects within a single situation, he has developed narrative structures in which sensation and meaning intersect.
