Biography
Rather than considering the current series of situations as individual events, Yeom Ji Hye searches for a greater underlying energy. To imagine such ethereal power, she utilizes varying disciplines such as science, history, philosophy, religion, oral tradition, and faith, while emphasising one’s sensory experience as well. Yeom presents an alternative perspective of the world and a new way of articulation through an exploration of new connections that form where the boundaries of past, present, and future, experience and memory, image and dream, legend and epic are mixed and blurred.
